Self Improvement Is A Process That Takes Time

Self improvement PLR can be a process, whose stimulus is normally past failure, an unwanted experience like living from pay cheque to another with no extra money to spend, bad lifestyles like being overweight, insufficient self-confidence or gambling, loss of someone you care about, or an end with a relationship. The end result is an improvement of your life, taking hold, getting your life back to normal or creating the near future you would like. That will put it in yet another way, having the most from yourself.

To ensure that someone to help themselves improve, they need to to begin with identify areas that need improvement within their lives, health, relationships, prosperity or whatever. Another highlight is need to understand who they may be, their capabilities, weaknesses and uniqueness and become honest about it. It will likely be helpful to state these on paper and regularly make reference to them so they remain focused.

Another significant area to point out is for these phones identify the way they think they will be able to achieve their goal. So, an itemized plan should then be put in place. This is achieved by self enrichment of the mind, character and attitude. It takes effort, patience, perseverance and commitment and also this change will not come easily. Self improvement MRR e-books, home training programmes or life coaches can be found online if a person thinks they absolutely need you to definitely help support them.

Self enrichment of mind, character and attitude are performed by continuously exercising your brain with positive thinking. This is the time one repeatedly tells themselves that they’re similar in results anyone, could possibly get better and will achieve anything in life. Although this sounds easy, is one of difficult yet an essential part of self improvement RR. This really is so because of the way we have been raised, who we are, our values and beliefs. Additionally it is the constant conflict with the subconscious mind which should be kept in see if one is likely to achieve their goal of self improvement.

Another essential area is setting goals. It is necessary which you begin with temporary, simple, easily achievable goals, possibly in one day, before you set big goals that will take you a while to achieve. Setting huge goals that require sometime to find out results usually generate procrastination. To remain motivated, it is necessary that you set simple goals first.

Setting a routine and self-discipline will be the other skills needed in achieving self improvement. To as ‘t be emphasised enough as they have a big impact on your making success. Results is only able to be observed whenever you stick to them and they help keep you motivated at the same time. Identifying self defeating behaviours like doubting your own personal capability to achieve, the “I can’t do this or this is for the rich” and addressing them permanently is also important. Rewarding yourself is also important when you have achieved the simplest of the set goals. It will help you stay motivated.

It’s worth noting also that self improvement just isn’t an overnight thing but a procedure as already stated so stick to it, be faithful to yourself please remember, it’s alright to slide back a bit. So long as you realise that you will be falling behind and pick yourself up again, you’ll be able to attain your goal of self improvement.

In the past two decades roughly, folks happen to be buying self-help and self improvement PLR books like the world was coming to an end. You have to wonder what people did to outlive everything time before self-help books arrived on the scene. It appears there’s a simple guide on the market for each possible human condition, problem or lifestyle crisis.

Now, I am aware that we occassionally actually need some guidance, but I think that too much self improvement MRR and way too many self help books will make you crazy. Doesn’t anyone learn how to do just about anything anymore without some stranger letting them know it’s okay being to get it done like that?

Maybe, I’m like a bit difficult on self-help and self improvement RR books. I understand there are some excellent ones available. Furthermore, i know from personal experience that there are several which can be just plain worthless. What’s funny about this is, the ones that are useless are usually the ones that seem to be the bestsellers.

You can find hard items that eventually everyone in everyday life. Hard times, emotional upsets, life crushers and sometimes you’ll need a book to help you get through. I think it’s wonderful that you can get a self-improvement or self-help book to help you deal with grief, job changes, divorce and also the life…

However, there is something that take just sound judgment. You don’t need a novel to inform you how to approach your neighbors dog crapping in your lawn. You just review and talk straight to your neighbor. Giving yourself a chance to think things through may be all you need. If, each time something bad transpires with you, you take self-help book you might never start thinking on your own.

I have a number of self-help and self-improvement books which i bought myself, and many of them have really been good to read and possess supplied excellent information that we usually takes out to real life. Many of them make me sad, and since i have had been sad, it absolutely was the worst thing I needed to learn. Some self-help books I’ve read are just sound judgment basics, plus it really didn’t take a book to figure out. It was simply redundant.

I’ve also found some exceptionally good self-help and self-improvement books out there which i will give to anyone if they were in need of assistance. For example, if you are coping with someone who’s abusive or has an alcoholic or life altering illness, there are many self help books out there that would apply. You might need a self-help and self-improvement book to help you handle what’s happening.

For those who have a shyness problem, inferiority complex or are wardrobe challenged, there are many good self improvement guides in the marketplace that may make a huge difference. These are a couple of the situations and issues that really aren’t something we learn how to handle.

In lots of specific instances, a self-help or self improvement guide comes in handy. You probably want every one of the help you will get, however, many times it is not true. If you cannot specifically define the thing you need assistance with, it might be safer to wait and find out what the self-improvement topic will cover.

There are certainly a lot of good self-help books on the market, in addition to a ton of self-improvement books. They have worked wonders for the people who’ve read them. You just have to know which one to consider and whether or not it’s really doing you worthwhile or simply wasting your time.

Bruce Lee Wrote This to Himself

It has been scientifically proven that by writing a note to yourself or something tangible that can be seen and touched, you can actually communicate the object of desire that you actually wrote directly to your subconscious mind in a spirit of absolute FAITH!

This is the ultimate secret to FINANCIAL FREEDOM ONLINE!

The note Bruce Lee wrote:

“By 1980 i will be the best known oriental movie star in the United states and will have secured $10 million dollars. And in return i will give the very best acting i can possibly give every single time i am in front of the camera and i will live in peace and harmony

It is funny how this kung fu master wrote this note to himself, this has been taught by  Napoleon Hill in the book “Think and Grow Rich” in 1937

Using this principle called Auto-Suggestion, Napoleon states the inner power of the subconscious mind is so great that it becomes a bridge and medium of influencing reality itself.

Throughout the years Think and Grow Rich have created millions of millionaires, no teaching or knowledge in the world has even been able to even touch the millions of lives living for the better.

I personally have had a complete change in thought, wisdom and imagination of possibilities after reading “Think and Grow Rich”

If you have not acquired this book… you should read it Now!

Amazing But a true Story

I LIKE THIS AND BELIEVE IN IT. THAT IS WHY WE MUST GO AROUND HELPING PEOPLE WITHOUT PRECONDITIONS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE FINANCIAL FREEDOM ONLINE

This is a true story that had happened in 1892 at Stanford University . Its moral is still relevant today.

A young, 18-year-old student was struggling to pay his fees. He was an orphan, and not knowing where to turn for money, he came up with a bright idea. A friend and he decided to host a musical concert on campus to raise money for their education.

They reached out to the great pianist Ignacy J. Paderewski. His manager demanded a guaranteed fee of $2000 for the piano recital. A deal was struck. And the boys began to work to make the concert a success.

The big day arrived. Paderewski performed at Stanford. But unfortunately, they had not managed to sell enough tickets. The total collection was only $1600. Disappointed, they went to Paderewski and explained their plight. They gave him the entire $1600, plus a cheque for the balance $400. They promised to honour the cheque soonest possible.

“No.” said Paderewski. “This is not acceptable.” He tore up the cheque, returned the $1600 and told the two boys “Here’s the $1600. Please deduct whatever expenses you have incurred. Keep the money you need for your fees. And just give me whatever is left” The boys were surprised, and thanked him profusely.

It was a small act of kindness. But it clearly marked out Paderewski as a great human being. Why should he help two people he did not even know? We all come across situations like these in our lives. And most of us only think “If I help them, what would happen to me?” The truly great people think, “If I don’t help them, what will happen to them?” They don’t do it expecting something in return. They do it because they feel it’s the right thing to do.

Paderewski later went on to become the Prime Minister of Poland. He was a great leader, but unfortunately when the World War began, Poland was ravaged. There were over 1.5 million people starving in his country, and no money to feed them. Paderewski did not know where to turn for help. He reached out to the US Food and Relief Administration for help.

HERTBERT CLARK HOOVER , 31ST PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

RECIPIENT OF PHILANTHROPIC GOODWILL OF IGNACY PADEREWSKI, GREAT PIANIST AND PRIME MINISTER OF POLAND

The head there was a man called Herbert Hoover - who later went on to become the US President. Hoover agreed to help and quickly shipped tons of food grains to feed the starving Polish people. A calamity was averted.

Paderewski was relieved. He decided to go across to meet Hoover and personally thank him. When Paderewski began to thank Hoover for his noble gesture, Hoover quickly interjected and said, “You shouldn’t be thanking me Mr. Prime Minister. You may not remember this, but several years ago, you helped two young students go through college in the US . I was one of them.”

The world is a wonderful place. What goes around usually comes around.

What “Success” meant for the top best selling authors …

What Success is ?, and how they finally achieved the status of Multi-millionaire after years of trials and tribulations.

This is their story, whether they have internalize it, or mastered it, you would want to catch their private thoughts, leaks and real life stories.

They said……

Jim Rohn said:

Success, is living a good life. Part of it is income. Part of it is financial independence. Part of it is objectives that you achieve, dreams coming true, family, children, grandchildren, good friends, productivity.

It‟s a wide range. It‟s all encompassing, the word “success”. It‟s not just your job, your income, your fortune. Not just your paycheck or your bank account. But everything. From all of your achievements during your life to trying your best to design a way to make it all give you a good life.

MARK said:

3 principles: First of all, you‟ve got to figure out what you really want. In my case and in Jack‟s case, we didn‟t want a best-selling book. We wanted a mega best-selling book, Chicken Soup for the Soul. Beyond that, we didn‟t really want a bestselling book we wanted to make a best-selling series.

The clearer you are, the easier it is to execute.

So number one, you figure out what you really want. Number two; you put it in writing. Where I differ from all of my peers is, I say you have to have too many goals. I‟ve got over 6,000 goals in writing.

So, figure out what you want. Number two; put it in writing. Three; visualize it. Flip Wilson said, “What you see is what you get.” We‟re talking about what you see with your inner eye. We cut out the New York Times Bestseller list. Then we added our names at the top before we ever got to the top in real life. Then we put it on my mirror and we put a copy up in Jack‟s office, on his mirror.

WALLY “FAMOUS” AMOS said:

Well, the first thing is, you got to be passionate about the idea. I‟d been making cookies for five-years. I‟d been eating them since I was 12-years old. I love chocolate chip cookies. So, it needs to be an idea that you‟re in love with, that you‟re really married to. Not an idea just to make money with. Not an idea that you think is going to just give you material gain. Because sooner or later the passion will wear off. You won‟t be as involved with the idea, as you would if you were really in love with the idea. So, it needs to be an idea that you are passionate about.

There are some basic things that you need to do. First of all, you need to do something!

A lot of people have ideas and they go around and they research the ideas forever.

They want to get a guarantee that the idea is going to work. They want to talk to all or their friends about the idea. They want everybody else‟s approval on the idea before they will actually begin to implement it. So, you got to be passionate about it. And then you‟ve got to start somewhere with your idea.

JACK said:

Well, the biggest thing that stops most people from being successful is that they think they are not enough of something. They‟re not smart enough. They‟re not old enough. They‟re not well-connected enough. They‟re not well-dressed enough. They‟re not funded enough in terms of their capitalization, etc.

As long as you believe that, you are never going to take the action that you need to. Because you‟re going to feel that you still aren‟t yet enough of something to take action.

The way you become enough is by taking action and learning from your experience.

“you want to set goals that are high enough that in the process of achieving those goals, you become someone worth being.”

It doesn‟t make a lot of difference to become a millionaire. I‟ve done that many times over and I can tell you that it‟s nice to have a house and a car that doesn‟t fall apart and all that. But, what‟s more important is who did I have to become in order to become a millionaire?

  • I had to learn how to overcome my fears. I had to learn how to talk in front of groups. I had to learn how to plan a speech. I had to learn how to ask people that I was initially afraid of to loan me money, etc.
  • All of that was scary. But, when I did it and survived it, I was no longer afraid to do it in the future.
  • Now you can take away my house, my money, my car and everything, and it wouldn‟t matter.
  • I know how to create more of those things because of whom I‟ve became not what I possess.

If you want to learn more about 5 more of what these

The Early Years
Rick was born in 1962 to Dick and Judy Hoyt. As a result of oxygen deprivation to Rick’s brain at the time of his birth, Rick was diagnosed as a spastic quadriplegic with cerebral palsy. Dick and Judy were advised to institutionalize Rick because there was no chance of him recovering, and little hope for Rick to live a “normal” life. This was just the beginning of Dick and Judy’s quest for Rick’s inclusion in community, sports, education and one day, the workplace.

Dick and Judy soon realized that though Rick couldn’t walk or speak; he was quite astute and his eyes would follow them around the room. They fought to integrate Rick into the public school system, pushing administrators to see beyond Rick’s physical limitations. Dick and Judy would take Rick sledding and swimming, and even taught him the alphabet and basic words, like any other child. After providing concrete evidence of Rick’s intellect and ability to learn like everyone else, Dick and Judy needed to find a way to help Rick communicate for himself.

The Beginning of Team Hoyt
In the spring of 1977, Rick told his father that he wanted to participate in a 5-mile benefit run for a Lacrosse player who had been paralyzed in an accident. Far from being a long-distance runner, Dick agreed to push Rick in his wheelchair and they finished all 5 miles, coming in next to last. That night, Rick told his father, “Dad, when I’m running, it feels like I’m not handicapped.”

This realization was just the beginning of what would become over 1,000 races completed, including marathons, duathlons and triathlons (6 of them being Ironman competitions). Also adding to their list of achievements, Dick and Rick biked and ran across the U.S. in 1992, completing a full 3,735 miles in 45 days.

George Carlin’s Views on Aging

George Carlin on age.
(Absolutely Brilliant)

IF YOU DON’T READ THIS TO THE VERY END, YOU HAVE LOST A DAY IN YOUR LIFE. AND WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED, DO AS I AM DOING AND SHARE IT.

George Carlin’s Views on Aging

Do you realize that the only time in our lives when we like to get old is when we’re kids? If you’re less than 10 years old, you’re so excited about aging that you think in fractions.

‘How old are you?’ I’m four and a half!’ You’re never thirty-six and a half. You’re four and a half, going on five! That’s the key

You get into your teens, now they can’t hold you back. You jump to the next number, or even a few ahead.

‘How old are you?’ ‘I’m gonna be 16!’ You could be 13, but hey, you’re gonna be 16! And then the greatest day of your life . . You become 21. Even the words sound like a ceremony . YOU BECOME 21. YESSSS!!!

But then you turn 30. Oooohh, what happened there? Makes you sound like bad milk! He TURNED; we had to throw him out. There’s no fun now, you’re Just a sour-dumpling. What’s wrong? What’s changed?

You BECOME 21, you TURN 30, then you’re PUSHING 40. Whoa! Put on the brakes, it’s all slipping away. Before you know it, you REACH 50 and your dreams are gone.

But wait!!! You MAKE it to 60. You didn’t think you would!

So you BECOME 21, TURN 30, PUSH 40, REACH 50 and MAKE it to 60.

You’ve built up so much speed that you HIT 70! After that it’s a day-by-day thing; you HIT Wednesday!

You get into your 80′s and every day is a complete cycle; you HIT lunch; you TURN 4:30 ; you REACH bedtime. And it doesn’t end there. Into the 90s, you start going backwards; ‘I Was JUST 92.’

Then a strange thing happens. If you make it over 100, you become a little kid again. ‘I’m 100 and a half!’
May you all make it to a healthy 100 and a half!!

HOW TO STAY YOUNG

1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay ‘them.’

2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches   s pull you down.

3. Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain idle. ‘An idle mind is the devil’s workshop.’ And the devil’s name is Alzheimer’s.

4. Enjoy the simple things.

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.

6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love , whether it’s family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge .

8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don’t take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county; to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is.

10. Tell the people you love that you love them , at every opportunity.

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER :

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

Pua’s mighty ‘Pen Drive’

Who is Pua Khein Seng?

He is the man who invented the USB pen-drive…

Fact file

Name:
Pua Khein Seng
Hometown:
Sekinchan, Selangor
Education:
SJKC Yeok Kuan, Sekinchan; Pin Hwa Independent school, Klang; Chiao Tung University, Taiwan
Occupation:
Engineer/ president of Phison Electonics Corp
Current base:
Taipei , Taiwan

WHEN he set off for Taiwan in 1993, Pua Khein Seng’s only aim was to complete his degree in Electrical Control Engineering at the renowned Chiao Tung University and return home to work in Malaysia .

Never did he envision himself heading a multi-million dollar Taiwanese company that developed the world’s first USB flash removable disk, which they called Pen Drive .

Pua Khein Seng went to Taiwan to get his engineering degree but ended up staying on, starting his own company and inventing the pen drive.

“I went to Taiwan to pursue my undergraduate degree. I chose Taiwan only because it was too expensive to study either in the United States or Singapore .

“However, I did well in my undergraduate programme and was offered a place to do my masters,” explained Pua, who was back in Kuala Lumpur recently for a holiday.

After completing his Masters in July 1999, Pua worked for about six months in a local company before deciding to set up his own venture company with four fellow engineers who had studied with him at Chiao Tung.

“We were confident that we had the know-how and ability to start our own business, which is focused on USB technology. The company is called Phison because there are five of us – two Malaysians and three Taiwanese engineers,” said Pua, 31, who hails from Sekinchan, Selangor.

Phison Electronics Corporation was set up in November 2000 and within six months the young entrepreneurs came up with their first invention – a USB storage device called Pen Drive .

“We were the first company in the world to develop the USB Drive SoC (System On Chip) and we were very confident that the market for USB will be huge. At the time, no one believed in us so we had to do everything ourselves – from developing the technology, the chips to the product itself.

“We were only 27 at the time and inexperienced. But we were confident that we could design good systems and chips but we didn’t know anything about selling. So, we sought partners or traders who could help sell our products for us,” Pua added.

Through smart partnerships and shrewd strategies, Phison soon made its way into European, American and Japanese markets. One quick move was securing Japanese tech giant Toshiba as Phison’s largest shareholder and customer..

“We launched Pen Drive in June 2001 and by August the same year, we broke even! From September 2001, we were reaping monthly profits from our invention and there has been no turning back since.”

Having established himself in Taiwan , Pua is in the midst of setting up Phison’s branch in Malaysia , due to begin operations this
February.

“I am starting a branch in Malaysia because this is my country. I would like to do contribute to its development.

“We have about 100 engineers at Phison in Taiwan , 20 of whom are Malaysians. Though they studied in Taiwan , I had to re-train all the engineers I hire because, like most fresh graduates (in this field), they are not industry-ready upon graduation.

“Unfortunately, some of the Malaysian engineers want to return home after a couple of years because they are homesick, about to start a family and so on. Some prefer to work in Singapore , as it is closer to home. Instead of losing them to competitors, I decided to set up an office in Malaysia where they can still work for me,” said Pua.

Another problem faced by returning computer engineers from Taiwan , Pua added, was the lack of job opportunities for hardware engineers in Malaysia .

“There is no environment or support for design engineers here in Malaysia . One of my Malaysian engineers from Phison returned home and ended up as a teacher in a Chinese school! I was shocked and thought, ‘After all that training and re-training, he is going to just teach?’ I told him to hold on till I open up the Phison branch in Malaysia .”

Though he has been in Taiwan for the past 12 years and married to a Taiwanese, Pua is not sure how much longer he will remain there.

“I have really no idea where I will be in 20 years. Maybe Taiwan , maybe Malaysia , maybe somewhere else … it all depends on my business. The industry is moving so fast that I cannot predict what or where I will be,” he said.

For the moment though, Taiwan is home for Pua, his wife and two children even though he misses the Malaysian way of life.

“I come home once a year for Chinese New Year and will usually stay for about two weeks. There are several things I really miss about Malaysia . One is the food! For the past 12 years I have been craving for Malaysian food … I miss laksa, curry noodles, chee cheong fun and all the other delicious dishes we have here.

“I also miss the lifestyle and quality of life here. When I come back, I am always amazed to see people hanging out and relaxing at mamak shops at night. In Taiwan , most people would still be at work at that time of the night!

“Before I got married, I used to work for 15 to 17 hours a day, everyday. Now that I have children, my wife has forbidden me to stay so late. Now, I go to work at 9am and come home by 11pm . These hours are quite normal for the Taiwanese.”

The man who invented USB pen-drive is a young modest Malaysian who can’t even get into a local University but invented the most versatile, indispensable computer peripheral today. And helped his adopted country, Taiwan made $31bil in the process. The rest is history….
